  • How do I sign up for a membership subscription?
    Head to the "Memberships" page on our site and you can explore our available plans here: Select the membership you'd like to learn more about and you will be shown our various monthly and annual subscription plans, as well as what is included within each tier.
  • What does each membership tier include?
    The content of each membership tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) is listed on both the Membership Home Page and Membership Plans page (links are for Sounds Like Emma). Price, billing period, and included content is all displayed. If you have any questions about the content included in our memberships, please email or fill in the form at the top of this page.
  • How do I access the Bronze/Silver Members Area(s)?
    There's a few ways you can access your members area. Simply head to the main site menu and hover over Memberships then click/tap on the name of the creator you are subscribed to (currently our only membership program is Sounds Like Emma). On that page you have the option to select Bronze or Silver - go ahead and select the one you have signed up for and you'll be taken to the members area. You can also access the members areas by going to your account on the site (click/tap on the icon with your profile picture and the small arrow). There you will find a section called My Memberships which also contains direct links to the Bronze and Silver Members pages. If you have any questions, fill out the form at the top of this page and our admin team can help you.
  • How do I upgrade from Bronze to Silver?
    If you are on a Bronze Monthly subscription, you can upgrade to Silver at any time by purchasing the Silver membership and cancelling your Bronze one. Make sure to email us at to let us know you want to change tier, so we can refund you your last month's Bronze membership as a thank you for upgrading! If you are on a Bonze Annual subscription, you can also upgrade in a similar way - we will refund you the remainder of your Bronze membership cost (for example, if you still had 6 months left of your 12 month annual membership, we will refund you 50% of the original cost!).   • How to I manage/cancel my subcription?
